Tamara Roycroft

As a qualified integrative relational counsellor and psychotherapist, I see the relationship as being at the heart of my counselling approach. My aim is to provide a warm and trustworthy relationship, helping my clients to feel safe and secure to open up and explore their life, worries and relationships in a non-judgemental and confidential environment. My integrative approach also allows me to draw from different therapeutic approaches according to my client’s individual needs.

I have experience in working with people with addiction or those affected by a loved one’s addiction, relationship and family issues, abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem as well as working with young people in a university setting. I offer both long- and short-term counselling typically on a weekly basis for adults or young people aged 16+.

Taking the first step to see a counsellor can be a daunting one, and I believe it is important for you to feel comfortable with your counsellor. My fees are between £60 and £70, per session depending on affordability, please feel free to make contact without obligation by phone or email and we can arrange an initial discussion to see if I am the right counsellor for you. If I am unable to answer the phone, please leave a message or send me a text. Your enquiry will be dealt with in confidence.

I have a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (University of Roehampton) and a BSc in Psychology (University of Southampton). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
